With a slight spritz to the nose this wine is crisp clean and fresh throughout. An umptuous almost oily mouth feel leads to a palate full of minerl rich green apple with a touch of lime. Super long finish full of more rich minerals

Lovely apple and honey aromas with some light yellow flower notes. The palate expresses more green fruits apples melon and some pear too. The acidity is vibrant in the mid-palate with a touch of residual sugar on the finish. This has good body and is well balanced.

Elegant and fresh with delicate herbal notes. The nose shows crisp tomato stalk and fresh grass alongside the gentle floral undertones. The pallate shows great depth and definition leading onto the deep fresh finish. The 2010 vintage is just superb in Sancerre.

Fantastic nose of orange blossom and sweet summer fruits. Quince and notes of garrigue on the palate and a continuation of the slight floral hints of the nose. Long rich and slightly perfumed finish leaves you thoroughly pleased.

Caringon Syrah and GrenacheRed plum rhubarb and black pepper aromas. Produced in a more fresh style there are green capsicum tones - hot chilli and dark cherry flavours too. Fresh intensity of flavour but light (not overpowering). Light tannins on the finish. The 2009 has 91 Parker points
