Tasting Notes
Caringon Syrah and GrenacheRed plum rhubarb and black pepper aromas. Produced in a more fresh style there are green capsicum tones - hot chilli and dark cherry flavours too. Fresh intensity of flavour but light (not overpowering). Light tannins on the finish. The 2009 has 91 Parker points Genesis Wines, May 2011
