Tasting Notes
What a delight. There are aromas of pineapple and quince with some limestone minerality too. This is a lovely way to round off a big dinner. On the palate rich flavours of peach honey and stewed apple – with a hint of lime and zest – burst through. Very persistent on the finish a little acidity helps quieten the sweetness of this delicious wine. Genesis Wines, November 2010
