As one of the superstar properties of the Côte de Beaune, Carillon doesn’t really need much introduction. Suffice it to say they perennially make some of the best Puligny around. Father Louis has long since handed the winemaking reigns to the next generation Jacques, and the allocations are still highly sort after.
