Laurent Tribut is now a name to look out for. All the grapes are hand picked and he uses small used barrels for the elevage, like Vincent Dauvissat, his brother in law. Laurent produces classic Chablis, pure and delicate, that need a few years to express their full potential. Unfortunately the production
is very limited and the wines usually sell out before the release of the following vintage.
