Koyle
Koyle is the new winery created in 2006 by the Undurraga wine dynasty. The vineyards are located in the Colchagua Valley, but this time on the slopes rising towards the Andes (Alto Colchagua) as opposed to the flat valley floor with the majority of the growers. This region is acknowledged as the home of Chile’s best Cabernet Sauvignon where it produces striking aromatics and pure fruit flavours. Most of the family is involved in the project, with Cristobal Undurraga as permanent winemaker after many years working in the USA and Argentina.

Delicious lemony aromas with a touch of bright mineral. Stone fruits and more lemon follow on the palate with a good mineral continuation. Perfect New World Chardonnay.

Crisp and zesty with notes of cut grass and flint. The palate follows with tropical notes but still remains poised and precise. A great balancing acidity and floral edge really compliment the upfront fruity nature of this wine.
