Based in Quintaine-Clessé, Thevenet has inexorably risen to become the foremost quality producer in Macon. This is no everyday Macon, as one taste will confirm. We are pleased to have added another wine to the stable: the Macon from Domaine de Roally. From another vineyard, this wine is lighter and fresher but still has all the hallmarks of Thevenet’s wine making.

From a true original the 2004 Bongran is just stunning. Following a long fermentation and extensive cellaring this wine is rich and bursting with ripe peaches and stone fruit. There is a certain brightness to these wines that shines through with superb minerality and an exquisitely long finish.
