Hubert Chauvenet-Chopin
Hubert is one of the most able growers in the Côte de Nuits. He does not attempt to produce wines that will need 10 years of collecting dust in the cellar, before being approachable, rather wines that are packed with ripe, medium-bodied fruit that makes them a joy to drink at a young age. These are terrific examples.
