The terrific range of wines of François Chidaine from Montlouis and Vouvray are the best find we have made in the Loire in the past five years. Having worked along side father Yves for years, François continues to work the vines the old fashioned way. Not wanting any mention of organics on his label - although certified – Francois Chidaine is a champion when it comes to Chenin Blanc. The wines show well young but have the stuffing to get better with age; in short a grower to get excited about.
