Genesis Wines

Préhy-based Clotilde Davenne, ex-winemaker at Brocard, is a hands on operator in the vineyard, cellar and the marketing of her wine. She makes classical, unforced wines that are the epitome of the terroirs she works with and cultivates using organic techniques. Not only does she produce lithe Chablis but she also crafts equally chic and interesting wines from lesser famed Aligoté, Sauvignon de Saint Bris and Petit Chablis.
