Christophe Peyrus started making wine in 1995 and in that time has progressed from organic to biodynamic methods, In just 15 years the domaine has become one of the leaders in the region and indeed further afield, featuring on top restaurant wine lists. They are big, concentrated wines that punch well above their weight for the appellation. The reds are blends of Grenache and Syrah, with the Metairie having some old vine Carignan too. We are very excited about this grower and its wines should not be missed.
