Ciacci Piccolomini
Based on the Sant’Antimo side of the region, the estate benefits from early ripening vineyards; a real plus in cooler vintages as they can pick their grapes up to one month before the vineyards located on the Montalcino hill. A lot of work has also gone into the vineyards and as a result the estate regularly receives ‘Tre Bicchiere’ in the Gambero Rosso guide, a tremendous accolade.

Dark plum purple. Deep fruity nose with a slight smoky edge. Plums dark cherries and liquorice to the palate with a touch of sweet spice and herbacious notes. Blaack fruits on the finish with some real bright flavours.
